Hi Moritz Bartl and Tor Talkers,

Moritz Bartl worte [about Tor Exit Nodes on windows]:
>If you turn your Tor Browser into a relay, you need to keep the browser
>open at all times. Relays are expected to be stable, ie. online 24/7.

that reminds me of a question i had once i was reading the hackernews about
windows 10 update/upgrade. that is the news in 2015:

https://thehackernews.com/2015/08/windows-10-update.html
The feature, known as Windows Update Delivery Optimization (WUDO), is initially
designed to help users get faster software updates, which is quite a good idea
to handle massive internet traffic of up to 40 Terabits per second (TBps).
WUDO works a lot like torrents work. Your computer running Windows 10 is used
as part of a peer-to-peer network to deliver software updates faster to others,
each person distributing a little bit of the files across multiple computers
and helping everyone download updates quickly.

is it possible - this way - that someone remotely switch another windows 10
logic to be a Tor Exit Node (perhaps even like a domino rally)?
