I'm not sure if I'm setting up Network Settings correctly. I got the Obfs3 Bridges from the BridgeDB site and added them to Network Settings under "Enter Custom Bridges".
Is that all that's needed to add and use the Obfs3 bridges or must the "Connect with provided bridges" (obfs3 recommended) be selected instead?
