I'm not a Tor official, but you should be aware of the trademark. https://www.torproject.org/docs/trademark-faq.html.en#usage Which basically says that you better add a disclaimer that tells people that your software is independent from the Tor Project and the Tor Project does not take any responsibility for it. https://www.torproject.org/docs/trademark-faq.html.en#combining Which basically asks to NOT include the name "Tor" into the name of your product or domain name.
