Hi nusenu, I'm not annoyed in the least - sorry if I gave that impression! My read is that you asked for a notification when bandwidth authorities are missing, which we already have. It's a simple messaging change to say "we have X of Y" and if you'd care to send that patch I'd be happy to merge it.
