I will note that a memory fragmentation/layout
issue was later improved for aarch64 running
armv7 processes and so armv7 processes can get
closer to the 3 GiByte process size now.

That still leads to various port-package builds
running out of process space and failing but
some more may manage to build. It may well be
that more build  on aarch64 now than normally
would on native armv7.
