I'm not aware of anything being pre-set-up for a ports-wide
exp-run of building port-packages via a lang/gcc* instead of
the system toolchain (as much as possible). There likely is
no prior example to compare with. Comparison/contrast might
require both gcc14 and gcc15 runs --if they were possible.

In other words: I'd expect that no such exp-run is readily
possible as stands. Also likely: no resources to do much
based on the results --or even to analyze the runs very
much. So: not likely something FreeBSD would do vs. other
things it could be doing.
