"If you do not believe in yourself, who else will?" (or "Elevate yourself
by yourself") comes from the Bhagavad Gita (Chapter 6, Verse 5).

उद्धरेदात्मनात्मानं नात्मानमवसादयेत्।

आत्मैव ह्यात्मनो बन्धुरात्मैव रिपुरात्मनः॥ — Bhagavad Gita 6.5

Uddhared ātmanātmānaṃ nātmānam avasādayet |

Ātmaiva hyātmano bandhur ātmaiva ripur ātmanaḥ ||

Uddhared ātmanātmānaṃ: One must elevate oneself by one's own mind
(self-belief/effort).

nātmānam avasādayet: and not degrade oneself.

Ātmaiva hyātmano bandhur: Because the mind (or self) is indeed the friend
of the self.

ātmaiva ripur ātmanaḥ: and the mind (or self) is also the enemy of the
self.

This verse directly addresses self-reliance and self-belief. It teaches
that you are responsible for your own upliftment. If you doubt yourself,
you act as your own enemy. If you trust and elevate yourself, you are your
own best friend.

यत् भावो – तत् भवति (Yat Bhavo - Tat Bhavti): "As you think, so you
become." This emphasizes that your belief shapes your reality.

अहम् अस्मि सम्पूर्णम् (Aham Asmi Sampoornam): "I am complete and whole"
(Affirmation of self-worth).

2 “Whatever you think that you will be. If you think yourself weak,
weak you will be; if you think yourself strong, you will be.” — Swami
Vivekananda

"Whatever you think, that you will be. If you think yourselves weak, weak
you will be; if you think yourselves strong, strong you will be; if you
think yourselves impure, impure you will be; if you think yourselves pure,
pure you will be." - Swami Vivekananda

This simple truth reminds us that our thoughts shape our reality. When we
believe in our strength, courage, and potential, we begin to embody those
qualities. But if doubt and fear dominate our mind, they hold us back from
becoming who we truly are meant to be.

Choose your thoughts carefully. Feed your mind with confidence, resilience,
and positivity. Your inner dialogue is the foundation for your outer world
— build it strong, and nothing can stop you.
