Unfortunately the street dogs cannot employ costly lawyers.THeir essential and vital services are ignored in the Supreme Court. In our street as per the Blue Cross guidelines we adopted the street dogs.All feed them and take care of them.We got all of them vaccinated and sterilized.They take care of children and give watching service all 24 hours everyday. We middle class people cannot engage costly lawyers.Now the dogs have to starve and they do not know about the court judgement. YM Sarma
