course literally – no natural society or social community whatsoever!! an
astrological natal chart for someone born at the North Pole would have some

circumstances. ASCENDANT may be the same for many born on different
dats in 6 months in light or darkness but placements of other planets would
alter. ONLY THE SUN IS GOING TO BE THE PROBLEM BUT YET A DEEP
INTERPRETATION CAN BE GIVEN.
In essence, the birth chart is a map of the sky at the time and place of
birth, and while regional variations in how the chart is drawn and read
exist, the fundamental information and planetary positions remain the same,
regardless of whether the child is born in the Northern or Southern
Hemisphere.
Sidereal astrology accounts for the Earth's axial precession and maintains
the alignment between signs and constellations via corrective systems known
as ayanamsas (Sanskrit: 'ayana' "movement" + 'aṃśa' "component"), whereas
tropical astrology, to reiterate, is based upon the seasonal cycle of the
Northern hemisphere and does not take axial precession into consideration.
Though tropical astrology typically considers the zodiac of the Northern
Hemisphere to be applicable without change to the Southern hemisphere, a
small number of tropical astrologers modify the zodiac to reflect seasons
in the Southern hemisphere, taking Libra as the sign that coincides with
the spring equinox instead of Aries.
As far as ancient treatises are concerned, ascendant variation
in degrees on and around the axis, or Northern or Southern hemisphere or
Arctic or Antarctic , do not vary; the ascendant is varied every moment by
a fractional degree; and sky the cosmos, planets movements are detached ,
away from the earth. And still between children born in the Arctic or
Antarctic, TIME and degrees , will vary by nuances, that change in navamsa
and other fragmentations, will be far wider than assumed wrt the constant
day and night. Even during the night, SUN is ascending in some part of the
earth, which shall be considered. Also Jadagam in Mars or any other planets
shall also be drawn only wrt the SUN rise of that Planets, as SUN related
to the earth is done; but as there are more sons in other planets ,
varamihira worked it out as first sun rise etc which is a bit complicated
and we feel they are nor relevant at this juncture.
