Bhagwan Ganesha agreed to do it , but put a condition that the dictation should be fast enough so that He will not be kept waiting and the shlokas should flow at that speed uninterruptedly! Sage Vyasa agreed but put a counter condition! Bhagavan Ganesh can write any subsequent shloka only after fully understand the meaning of the previuous shloka. Bhagavan Ganesha agreed. In order to gain time, Sage Vyasa would tell a very Knotty shloka after every section!
