Some officials stating that they are of BSNL have been approaching me,stating that change to Fibre Net is inescapable as they are closing the old Copper wire connections.They said that I need not pay any money at all for the change. Today they changed to Fibre net disconnected to my D Link and fixed syRotech modem.They demanded Rs 1500 as te price of this modem,forgetting that I need not pay any money at all.Am I swindled?They have not given any receipt or Guarantee papers. YM
