Forwarded Message On 27.12.2024 I have visited Ekambareswar temple in Kanchipuram at 4.30 pm. I took Special dharshan Rs.100 ticket for 4 persons. Ticket counter was handled by 2 women surrounded by few male persons. They accepted only cash. For 4 persons they have given one ticket only. Back side of the ticket they wrote as 4 persons. Rs.300/- was un accounted for a single family. A HRCE government lady was staffwearing black flag on their saree was standing near priest near garbageaham grabbing the money put by devotees on priest plate. Like this ammal sannathi also 2 make persons standing and watching the priest plate and took the money.
Now a days local rowdies not related with Ashok nagar Hanuman temple are watching the priests . They are collecting the money given by devotees from priest's plate. Priests in big temples cannot take the money given by devotees from their holy plate. On 27.12.2024 evening around 6.45 pm. I had been in Varadharaja perumal temple Kanchipuram. I observed Very worst temple administration. Temple is not maintained properly. Very poor maintenance. Whole temple is controlled by local rowdies including some Muslims. Melmaruvathur, sabarimala, tourist from different parts of our country are thronging to this temple. Left side local rowdies not related with the temple blocked by barricades. They are collecting Rs.100/- per head and giving a calender per family with out giving any tickets. They asked Dharma dharshan devotees to come by (apradhakshinam) right side. They have created stampade. Some Senior respectable people were man handled by those rowdies. Around 8 pm they switched off temple lights and not allowing us to Sridevi thayar sannathi. Chain snatching from mel maruvathur devotees also happened. At 8 pm we escaped from that temple for safety purpose and for protecting child and ladies. Now a days I am seeing these type of situation in many famous big temples. In Trichy Samayapuram also maintained by local rowdies. We cannot do proper pradhakshnam in clock wise. We cannot do anga pradhakshnam. But Crores of rupees spent for Samayapuram temple with out any betterment. They are collecting Rs.300/- per head with out any receipt. Another group of rowdies are standing near priests and collecting money from their plates. Now a days all famous and crowded big temples are occupied and grabbed by local rowdies with the blessings of ruling party. Be safe when visit big temples.
