Gratitude Kural
Gratitude is an act of propitiation, where the acts are many kinds
and each deserve a limit. A politicuian gives Rs 1000 per vote, and will
you be bending yourself all the way? NO; thayt is alsp an act of gratitude;
as Tiruvalluvar says appears asif, seyyamale seyda udavikku, ; unexpected
source of help; but it is shut down by PAYAN TOOKKAAR SEYDA UDAVI; why
Krishna is helping Draoupati?; afterall small cut; but Droupati did not
hesitatte to forego her front saree; who will remove the fronbt of saree?;
there did she expect Kriushna to do anything?; NO; juyst a graceful act;
empathetic; does she not know Krishna can manage?; She knew it; but a human
who cannot bear the sufferings of any one; that kind of small piece of
cloth; and it grows into multiple sarees later; PAYAN TOOKKAAR SEDHA UDAVI.
KALATHINAL SEIDA NANDRI SIRIDENINUM SMALL CLOTH.That is seyyamal seyda
udavi. Tirukkural 104. HOWEVER RENDERING HELP IS NOT IN NEED THAT COUNTS;
ONE SHALL NOT HURT ANYONE WHICH ITSELF IS AN ACT OF GRATITUDE!! THAT IS
WHEN ONE REFRAINS FROM ABUSING OTHERS AS AN ACT OF CHIVALRY, HE DOES NOT
GET ANYTHING IN RETURN AS BOOMERANG BUT ALL REACTIONS ARE FAIR AND EVEN, AS
LONG AS ONE BEHAVES. He need not even do any good but refrain from doing
bad-is that last kural 109 before concluding the karma . Titukkural
condensed all the drops of Vedas in 10 verses in priority as seen below:

*Respected sir/s,*
*SUBJECT:** GRATITUDE*
*GRATITUDE **is a **feeling of thankfulness **or **appreciation **for the
good things in **LIFE**, whether they are tangible or intangible. It can be
experienced in response to a Gift, Help, or Favour, or for things that
people often take for granted, like food, clean water, or friends. *
*GRATITUDE** can be a state or a **trait**. People can
experience gratitude in the moment, or it can be a positive character trait
that develops over time. Gratitude can be applied to the past, present, or
future. For example, people can be grateful for past blessings, or they can
be grateful for the good things in the present moment. *
*GRATITUDE can have many benefits, including:*
*Happiness: Gratitude is strongly associated with greater happiness.*
*Positive emotions**: Gratitude can help people feel more positive
emotions.*
*Health: Gratitude can improve health.*
*Adversity**: Gratitude can help people deal with adversity.*
*Relationships: Gratitude can help people build strong relationships. *
*Here are some ways to practice gratitude: *
*Savour the moment: Take time to enjoy the experience and absorb the good
feelings. *
*Focus on the senses**: Pay attention to the sensations and emotions one
experiences. For example, one can focus on the taste of a ripe strawberry,
the feeling of the sun on the skin, or the sound of background music. *
*Volunteer: Engaging in a specific act, such as volunteering to help
others, can make people feel good about them. *
