For example, assuming the judge is admitted for the treatment of his heart problems, there should be two cardiologists, not one. One cardiologist may declare that the judge's mitral valve needs replacement, the other cardiologist may differ and recommend that the judge's heart be transplanted by that of a pig. While this discussion is gaining momentum, the Chief Medical Officer arrives and sets a new date for the discussion to continue.
