What do you mean by install ISO? If you mean Live image, you can use this guide, just use fedora-livecd-desktop kickstart instead of qa-test-days.ks. If you mean netinst image, you can use lorax tool. Its man page is somewhat scarce, but you can bother guys at #anaconda IRC channel if you need some help.
