Most codecs used in video calls (like H263, H264) when used with RTP don't have notion of framerate. They just send frames that have a specific timestamp. So if the camera doesn't produce buffers as fast as it claims, it just sends the buffers it has. -- Olivier Crête [email protected] Collabora Ltd
