Hi everyone,

I'm working on a high-level library, named libtelepathy-people, to make
people-based applications a lot easier to write.

The general idea is there will be a number of back-ends (initially
Telepathy connection managers, but eventually other types of storage,
like Evolution Data Server, Facebook, what-have-you) and
Telepathy-People will assemble and notify about full people (made up of
metadata from one or more sources). These people objects
(Tpp.Individuals) will give applications easy access to peoples'
metadata and make it easy to communicate with them.

I've written up an early, high-level overview here (with links to the
current source):

Thoughts?

Thanks,
-Travis
