Thanks, it's kind of funny, but I can manage to have a video connection if I follow: 1) Invite someone, wait till they accept and obtain the "REsource unavailable" error 2) without closing the call-ui window, hit the redial button, and before the other end accepts, go to video-->video on. Have no clue why this is the only way it works, but I've tried this several times now.
