I was talking about DoT servers, I haven't really noticed any big issue with DoT forwarding.
That said, I had 2 stalls over the night, so unbound 1.10.0 still doesn't solve the issue. Besides, I noticed that the android app "nebulo" wasn't happy with either 1.9.6 or 1.10.0, but works fine with dnsdist which I am now trying following sthen@ advise.
