Hi Denis Ovsienko,

Thanks a lot for the response. 
Actually, EAP-dump displays all the values but RADIUS doesnot show few details 
of EAP today. Hence, added the few missing details of EAP-dump in RADIUS.
And the code I added in RADIUS dump is the already well tested code of 
EAP-dump.

Pull request #579 adds new C code that needs proofreading. I thought #608 would
