It dissects M3UA running atop SCTP; tcpdump dissects either SCTP as a 
"link-layer" protocol (LINKTYPE_SCTP/DLT_SCTP = 248) or as a protocol running 
atop IPv4/IPv6 (which, obviously, run atop a *lot* of link-layer types, such as 
Ethernet, 802.11, PPP, etc.).
