I've checked in some libpcap fixes for HP-UX and Mike Kershaw's
support for radiotap in Linux, and Hannes has checked in some changes
in both libpcap and tcpdump for additional Juniper link-layer types.
Unless there are some other fixes in the pipeline, or some tcpdump
vulnerabilities not yet fixed, this might be a good time to do 0.9.4
and 3.9.4 releases (which, unlike 0.9.3 and 3.9.3, will identify
themselves correctly).
