If you have the phone paired with an Bluetooth device; you cannot have Talks come through the phone and the rest of it come through Bluetooth. It is all or none.
I would suggest that you turn up Talks so you can then hear it over the car radio. You may also want to go in and change the E Q settings on the phone so that you can then hear Talks better when using an stereo type of device. Trust me; that will make a big difference on how Talks sounds. In this case; you may also want to set up App. Specific settings so that Talks uses different volume settings when streaming over a stereo device. So as you can see, you have a few choices on how you want to handle the issue. But having Talks come out of he pone while it is connected to the car radio isn't one of them.
