Well what version of Talks are you running on the 2nd Edition phones? This can make all the difference in the world. As a example: if you are trying toe type in a license lets say for Talks 2.x and before! The license code may not work being the way the license was determined is different. The latest version of Talks for 2nd Edition phones is 4.06 or there abouts. So if you have anything prior 3.x of Talks I wouldn't be shocked if it doesn't work. But like I said the latest version of Talks for 2nd Edition phones is 4.0 something.
