Yes you can contact your dealer and they should be able to look up your
Talks license code for you. At that point, I would save it in a place on
your computer so that you can locate it when you need it. As far as the
Talks license restore process! I've had issue with that in the USA for a for
over a year. It doesn't look like a Talks license server issue it looks more
like a cell phone service provider error as far as things either not getting
there or not leaving.

HI..
I HAVE A SIM BASE LICENSE TALKS. WHENEVER AFTER FORMATING MY PHONE, I
NORMALLY LICENSED MY TALKS THROUGH RESTORE REGISTRATION PROCESS VIA MY
PHONE. BUT LATELY I WAS UNABLE TO RESTORE REGISTRATION THROUGH SMS. WHEN I
SENT ONE, I DIDN'T GET ANY RESPOND AT ALL. SEEMS THAT THE NUANCE TALKS
SERVER IS NOT RESPONDING AS USUAL. SO WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN WRONG?
IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY BESIDE THE RESTORE REGISTRATION METHOD? OR WHERE I
CAN RETRIEVE MY LICENSE SERIAL CODES?
I CAN DO IT MANUALLY BUT I CAN'T REMEMBER WHERE I KEEP MY LICENSE SERIAL
CODES.
