A few thingsI can think of to check.
1. Check to make sure that you don't have as a example to mobile numbers for the same contact on your phone as far as the same field name. 2. Make sure that the number that you have on your phone have a corasponding field in outlook 2003. Example: Fax Home/Fax work.

So what I'm saying is you may need to change the contacts on your phone that have issues with Outlook 2003 before they will fully sinc up with outlook 2003.

You are correct! You must get them first in outlook 2003 before you can use other software to then sinc them with a different brand of phone.

I sync my contacts with PC suite to outlook 2003. What I've discovered lately is that not all of the phone numbers are being synced. I've discovered many contacts that actually have 2 phone numbers on my phone but when i look at outlook or sync those contacts with my iPhone that there's only one number both in outlook and of course then being synced to my iPhone. I'm using an E6 to sync with outlook. I'd like to delete and add contacts into outlook as it might be quicker, but with the discovery that not all the phone numbers are going into outlook I hesitate. Has anyone else had a similar issue when syncing contacts with outlook from their nokia phone? I have close to 900 contacts on my e6 and use it for work, but i like to have my contacts on both phones if I need a back up.

You can also just mark all of your contacts and copy them to the memory card. Then remove the card and put it in the other phone and then go into the contacts and tell it to copy from memory card to restore the file to that phone. You could also use pc suite to do it. So now you have three way to get your contacts to another phone. With way you use is up to you.

Produced on a Nokia N95 smart phone using a Symbian based screen reader.
