No you want to install the Talks file first then the eloquence file. Most
new phones will come up talking with the built in voice after installing
talks. The reason for this is that you may have to go and change the setting
to allow you to install all files instead of just signed files in the app
manager.

Hi, it's best you install eloquence first so that after installing talks,
your phone will come up talking.

Subject: [Talks] simple question regarding sisx files
hello list.
it has been a long time since i had to install talks onto a phone.
when christmas comes i have a new phone that i will have to install talks
onto.
i have downloaded the recent files from the talknav website and have them
stored on my pc.
i intend to bluetooth them to my new phone with sighted assistance.
my question is this:
what file do i install first?
the talks file or the elequence file?
regards.
