Hi Chris Yes you have it correct, the phone is detecting the keyboard no problem. Apparently, the code is generated on the keyboard when the phone detects it, it has a symbol followed by 3 digits, mum can't make out the symbol. I have contacted the seller for help. Will try the other method later on. Thanks.

If so, try what Brad suggests, i.e. pick a pairing code, type it into your phone and then type the same pairing code onto your keyboard. Like I said, I've never seen a pairing code supplied with a keyboard, that doesn't mean it doesn't happen, I've just not seen it myself. The paring code is either generated on the fly by the phone or you have to come up with your own pairing code.
