One last thing which will require sighted help.
Try disabling Talks from starting and then turn off and on the phone. This
away it comes up without talks. Now direct someone into trying the backup
and see if that works. If it does, then Talks is causing some issue. But if
it doesn't work, then at least we know it isn't Talks causing the issue and
your phone should be taken in for repair.

Oops! I ment to say *#7780# and not *#7370# The 7780 is the soft reset
and
7370 is a full reset. So don't do the 7370 but try the 7780.

That doesn't sound good! Did you try a Soft reset on your phone and then
try the backup to see if that works? *#7370#?

Eleanor
Have you turned off and on your phone and then try doing the backup at
that point?

Subject: [Talks] E5 Backing Up on Memory Card
I keep getting an error when I try and back up on to memory card. I
then decided to reformat the memory card but I am still getting an
error, I am told there is insufficient memory. The card is GB2.
Talks says close applications and try again. I have done this too but
no luck. Any suggestions?
