Eloquence is a TTS. In the case of Eloquence you can run any language you
want. But being there is only one Eloquence per language I would see how you
may think that. In the case of vocaliser voices! There are in some cases 2
or more voices to select from. Each voice is it's own TTS. vocaliser is just
a type of software text to speach driver. There is only one license for all
of vocaliser. This is also true for Eloquence that there is one license that
covers all of Eloquence voices. So in the case of Talks; There are two
licenses one for Eloquence and one for vocaliser. Then you can get a
licenses that covers both of them if you add the additional TTS type that
you want.

No the information that Eleanor gave isn't correct!
When you buy the vocaliser license, you get all of them and not just one
of
them. So if you for example buy vocaliser you will gain access to all the
different vocaliser voices. For english that is 7 different voices. You
will
also be able to run the RealSpeak voices as well. Note! The vocaliser
voices
are newer. If you speak a different language you will also be able to run
those voices too.
