when commenting how are you doing it? what method are you using to comment?
Are you using the text message and replying to the status that way or what
website in particular are you using?

I have had exactly the same problem as Caleb on my E72 phone. It has
occurred with at least the three newest Talks versions and with the three
newest firmware versions used. This error occurs in the status update
field and when commenting statuses or putting something on someone's wall.
