Hi Adrian it may be that you are in France and it is not coming through for
France. What version do you have? I once did Google and did find
information like this so give that a go. You will be OK really if you do
not have the latest and maybe when you come to Uk on holiday or whatever
then you can update over the air.

Ok, ok I have done it but I am now trying to get the latest
c5 software, it won't download strait to the phone, I have
had this problem before, my mum has tried for me too, I
think I am going to have to try and get it on the pc from
the nokia website, not sure how to find it but there must be
a way. Any ideas please.

I don't use PC Suite but can't you just exit the programme
and unplug your phone and do it the way I advised which may
be off list, to copy the talks from your computer, then
paste it in to your Memory Card which when yourj phone is
plugged in to your computer will show up in My Computer or
Computer Windows 7 as Removable drive. Of course you may
have given your memory card a name, in that case, the name
will show up in Computer. Just go to it like any removable
drive and paste and then it is on your memory card on your
jphone. Now go to your phone, having disconnected it from
the computer. Go to Office, File Manager and Memory card.
Arrow down to Talks 5.30 and select it and off you go with
the installation.

I don't want to appear a dunce but I can't work out how to
put the file on the phone, I have copied the file to the
card in the phone via the cable, but what next? Can
someone
please give me useful instructions, I have never done this
before. I am still having problems with the get connected
part of the pc suite set up, my phone is in file transfer
mode, how do I take it out of that mode? Please put me
straight.
