OK, after more tests here, although after removing
/lib/udev/rules.d/60-persistent-storage.rules, the /dev/ missing issue
is gone. However, we still encountered sometimes the NFS mounting

Do you need me to do more different tests?
Any comments would be highly appreciated.
Thanks.

Steven.
I made the live system again with the latest packages on the Debian Sid,
so now systemd has been upgraded to version 226.
The time I have completely switch back to systemd, no more sysvinit with
"systemd-udevd" only.
With the same nfsroot architecture, the initial status of mounting
status in the nfsroot client is attached as "df-ok.txt" and "mount-ok.txt".
I actually did not run any Clonezilla job, just opened iceweasel to
browse youtuble in the nfsroot client.
Then again, the /tmp (tmpfs) is missing. The mounting status is attached
as "df-tmp-missing.txt" and "mount-tmp-missing.txt".
Any more info shall I provide?

Boot your system, make sure /tmp is mounted, enable systemd debugging log using "/bin/kill -RTMIN+22 1", reproduce disappearing /tmp and send "journalctl -b" output.
