I haven't tried scanning logs yet but yesterday I've found out that the problem is probably somewhere else -- systemd displays partition's LABEL at boot time (which may be o.k.) and the problem is that it somehow happened that some of my partitions have the same label (including /) although I've set it just for one of them (pretty sure about it). I'll soon have a look at it again so I'll then inform you about the results.
