What's going wrong here? Is mount.vboxsf to blame or systemd?
If I can recall correctly reading sometime ago somewhere on the web there was/is an *communication* issue between "mount" and "mount.vboxsf" which showed up when it was issued from a shell script, or as a result of an entry in /etc/fstab.
I think the workaround was to add a mount.vboxsf entry to rc.local or something but check/search with(in) upstream "VirtualBox" or your distro they should be able to explain what's going on there..
