Please do not mix whitespace changes with substantive changes, in any
file. The same reasons this is annoying apply whether it is source code
or not. I realize that it is a tiny bit of extra work for the person
doing the change, but it makes reviewing the diffs MUCH easier, both
now, and more importantly years from now.
