I'm sure this must be operator error. I have a routine after I dive-
while I'm rinsing gear, I download my dive(s) from my perdix ai to my
phone, currently running version 6.0.5434.
It'll find the new dives, I'll accept, and out of habit I do a manual
cloud sync before turning the dive computer off and going back to cleaning.
Sunday, I did that, and thought it was good. When I went back to look at
my last dives stats, it was not listed. On my mac, subsurface
6.0.5568-CICD-release, i opened cloud storage, it synced, and my last
dive was also missing.
Today I tried to download some more times- force download of all dives,
etc etc. It would find my last dive (dive 897, dated 3/15/26) but not
"import" it.
When I manually create a dive (i'll just enter the data and see if the
next one downloads correctly), it thinks my next dive is #898 :)
I hopped onto the cloud url and there's no sign of #897. there were no
errors logged that I can find.
Does anyone have any troubleshooting suggestions? i'm all ears!
