Can you create a log file for this?
So quit the app, start the app again, connect to the cloud (have it fail), quit 
the app again, and then send us the log files in
C:\Users\Home\AppData\Roaming\Subsurface: there you should see the two files 
subsurface_out.log and subsurface_err.log
