Hi, I noticed that cylinder list not always synchronized between mobile app (OnePlus, Subsurface version 3.4.7(5.0.9.35) and PC (Subsurface version 5.0.10 on Windows 11).
I usually download dive information from Petrel 3 via Bluetooth (CCR rEvo) to phone and then sync it to cloud. After that I complement dive information (including missing cylinders) on the PC. Today I noticed that some of my dives (checked only about last 20 dives) were missing cylinders that i had added before. I added missing cylinders on PC (usually three cylinders per dive) and saved data on the cloud. After that I closed Subsurface on PC and opened it on phone. Did manual sync. Cylinder data was not updated on phone. Then I opened Subsurface on PC and noticed that all cylinder data was missing again. I had autosync option on in the phone. Then I checked Subsurface Webview. There I could see all the cylinders I had added. Some of them two or three times, because I had tried to add them multiple times. So, all the cylinders can be seen in the webview, but in the mobile app or PC the cylinder list is not fully visible after sync. It seems that mobile app and PC cylinder list is identical. Problem is that there are cylinders in webview that are not shown in PC and phone and I am not able to add cylinders on PC permanently, they disappear after syncing in the phone. Also it seems that it is not possible to add cylinders on phone. Maybe I am doing something wrong because the details of synch process are not clear to me. I am also curious to know how the synch process works. Can someone explain what are the right steps to recover cylinder information and to prevent this to happen. Did not find this kind of information on manuals. I have to add that this is not a big issue for me, I am so happy that I find Subsurface after trying many other frustrating proprietary divelogs BR, Eero
