The apps are now both available for beta testers.

Something in the required changes to make it past the Google Play rule changes 
apparently completely broke the Android app - it doesn't even start.
Needless to say, the local install prior to those enforced changes actually 
worked - so now I need to debug what went wrong there.
Ugh.

The iOS app appears to work from the store.
