This appears to open with a double click on both m1 and x86 macs. It's signed
and notarized with my "production keys".
And it's built on a different machine, in a way that I think (!) I can automate
fairly easily, so we should get regular universal test builds...
Obviously I'd appreciate if people could play with this.
Known bugs are
- no printing
- statistics are still crashing
