I posted questions long time ago, and never got a response, which frustrated 
me. I actually only had 2 times where there were response (both sessions 
initiated by you)

Not having an IRC might be seen as bad, but having one that is non-responsive 
is a lot worse, so closing it would
1) not harm anybody (since it is unused)
2) stop frustrating people who post a question
3) be the truth, since it isnt a way to communicate with the project.
