I noticed that as well. This happened with the Kirigami update, I think.
Jan, is it scrolling smoothly for you on Android?
The beta (-110) from the play store does jump for me.
However, a -110 build by myself (using Qt 5.10.1) does *not* jump. While
it might be Kirigami related ... the last Kirigami update was not very
recent (Feb. 21th).
