Simpler reproduction steps:
- Start Subsurface
- View dive
- Swipe to previous dive
- Go to dive list (hamburger and dive list from menu) - or select
"dive list" from the top bar
- Click the plus sign
This narrows down the possible causes as no more cloud sync involved.
This can also be triggered without the swipe:
- Start Subsurface
- View dive
- Select "dive list" form the top bar
- View next dive
- Select "dive list" form the top bar
- Click the plus sign
I can do both of these sequences without a crash. There is a fairly noticeable
delay until the edit overlay is shown, but nonetheless, I tried this several
times
and no crashes.
This is on an iPad 4 and on an iPad Pro 9.7in

And I can reproduce it with both sequences. On a true logbook with
approx 900 dives in it. I bet (without the logging present) that this
seems like the illustrious enumerate issue again. With my logbook and
phone it takes about 70 seconds to finally abort.
