If I look at the backend server reports (which aren't perfect, but a fairly decent approximation of the number of people we have using each version), the numbers for Beta 2 are not encouraging...
For reference, we have about 10k users, 2/3 on Windows, just over a 1/5 on Mac, the rest on Linux (I'm not counting Subsurface-mobile here, just Subsurface). For Beta 2 we have fewer than 30 reports on the server, only 12 from Windows and 5 from Mac; at this sample size, the developers on Linux surpass the Windows users. I.e., this is pretty much untested on the platforms that 85% our users are on.
