This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
ath9k: remove the WARN_ON that triggers if generating a beacon fails
to the 3.7-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
ath9k-remove-the-warn_on-that-triggers-if-generating-a-beacon-fails.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.7 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

During teardown, mac80211 will not return a new beacon. This is normal and
handled properly in the driver, so there's no need to spam the user with a
kernel
warning here.
