1. Check selinux
2. Check available space in SquirrelMail attachment directory.
3. Check if you have PHP with safe mode on or with open_basedir
restrictions.
4. Make sure that you don't confuse html_mail spell check with
squirrelspell.
5. Error can't be random, if you are not trying to execute spell check in a
different way. SquirrelSpell can be executed with different dictionary
option. Different dictionary = different command = different error message.
