You wouldn't actually want SquirrelMail to do this - you'd want this
done on the server-side on delivery.  If you made a SquirrelMail plugin
for this, it'd only ever work when you were logged in, which generally
means you're sitting at the computer anyway, and don't need a SMS to
tell you that you've got mail.
