Remove compatibility plugin patch from functions/strings.php. When you apply compatibility 2.0.4 patch, one line with 'compatibility/functions.php' is added. If you apply same patch second time, line is removed. Downgrade compatibility plugin to 1.3 version. Check if option pages start working.
