Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade from Shared Calendar 1.1 to the latest version
available on squirrelmail.org, 2.0.1. It works like a charm,
automatically converting personal calendars to the new iCal format(?),
but i'm running into trouble trying to import the previous /shared/
calendar.

We use the addon at work as a shared calendar since most of us are
working on Linux, the new version has support for recurrent appointments
and such nice things, but i can't seem to import the old data.

I converted the old shared calendar file using convert_cal_to_ical.pl
provided in scripts/ but when I upload that file, after a while i get a
blank page and no calendar, or an empty calendar with the name i
specified.=20

Did you check PHP error logs? Turn error reporting up all the way and
watch your screen or your logs (depending on your settings). Blank
pages typically indicate some kind of PHP error.

I did succeed to specify it as an external calendar (hosted the file on
our company website and linked to it) and then it did show the items
that are in it, but how do i turn it into a shared calendar after that?

Host what? The converted file? So you DID get a successful
conversion? I'd try taking that iCal source and import it into a
fresh calendar....?

Any help is appreciated on this matter!

With regards,
Sander.
